Resident Return visa Subclasses 155 and 157

  • Your permanent residency visa is granted with indefinite stay in Australia but has a travel facility of 5 years. If you leave Australia after your travel validity expires, or it expires when you are outside Australia, you will not be able to return to Australia as a permanent resident. This visa allows you to return as a permanent resident.

  • As an Australia permanent resident, you are required to hold a valid visa to return to Australia. If you have been away for a considerable period of time due to work or family commitment overseas and your travel facility has expired which means you cannot enter Australia as a permanent resident, we might be able to get your permanent residency back for you so you can enter and remain in Australia. We have done many successful cases and are happy to arrange a consult to speak to you further if you are keen in exploring a way to get back your permanent residency.
